We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be published on this page.

2. Our services

FCS provides investigation, advisory, and related services. These may include (but are not limited to) asset and financial consulting, investment platform consulting, chargeback assistance, wire transfer recalls, and investigative and compliance support. Initial consultations are free and without obligation. Any subsequent engagement is subject to a separate agreement, retainer, or fee structure as agreed in writing.

We do not provide financial investment advice or recommendations. Our services are limited to investigation, advisory, and related support. FCS does not provide services to residents of Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, and Kuwait.

3. Fees and payment

Fees, retainers, and success-based arrangements will be set out in your engagement letter or service agreement. We will not charge you for the initial consultation unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for any costs we have agreed you will bear (e.g. third-party or disbursement costs) as set out in your agreement. Payment terms will be specified in your contract with us.

4. Your obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your case.
• Respond promptly to reasonable requests for information or documents.
• Notify us of any material changes to your circumstances or the facts of your case.
• Use our website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.

We rely on the information you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect our ability to assist you and could result in termination of our engagement.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your information as confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any engagement terms. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as necessary to perform our services (e.g. with banks or authorities), as required by law, or with your consent. You agree to keep confidential any non-public information we share with you in the course of our engagement.

6. No guarantee of outcome

While we use our best efforts to assist you, we cannot guarantee any particular result. Outcomes depend on many factors, including the nature of the matter, jurisdiction, cooperation of third parties, and timing. We will give you an honest assessment of your case but do not promise any specific result.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with our services or this website shall be limited to the amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or such other cap as set out in your engagement letter). We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, data, or opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

8. Intellectual property and website use

All content on this website (text, logos, graphics, and design) is owned by or licensed to FCS and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Linking does not imply endorsement. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

10. Governing law and disputes
